Non Splashing Thermocouple
A fast-response, non-splashing thermocouple with a protective cotton tube is utilized for measuring the temperature of molten metal.
This expendable thermocouple consists mainly of a temperature probe and a large paper tube.
The positive and negative wires of the probe are welded to compensation wires housed in a bracket encased by a smaller paper tube.
The hot wire is supported and protected by quartz, while the temperature probe is topped with a lid to prevent scum buildup.
All components are positioned at the thermocouple's end and secured together with a refractory filler.
Immersion disposable fast thermocouple head/tip
● Rapid immersion thermocouple is widely used for measuring the temperature of molten steel, molten iron and other molten metals. Our platinum rhodium sensor is synonymous with accuracy and reliability, and is regarded as an industry standard worldwide. Variations in length, slag cover and thermocouple type can meet customer's precise requirements. It is mainly composed of a thermocouple head and a large paper tube. According the different thermocouple connector, thermocouple tip can be classified as 604, 602, HR and Or type.
Rapid immersion thermocouple
Rapid immersion thermocouple is a specialized temperature measurement device designed for applications where fast and accurate temperature readings are required, especially during the immersion of the probe into molten materials or liquids. These thermocouples are commonly used in industries such as metallurgy, foundry, and materials processing, where monitoring the temperature of molten metals, liquids, or other high-temperature environments is critical to ensuring process control and quality.
