    What Is Stainless Steel Spinning Process?

    Stainless steel spinning relies on high-speed rotation of stainless steel sheet blanks matched with precision mandrels. Hydraulic spinning rollers apply continuous, localized pressure to the rotating metal blank, generating plastic deformation to form cylindrical, parabolic, conical, stepped and domed rotary profiles.
    We deploy two core spin forming technologies for stainless materials:

     * Conventional Stainless Spinning
    Wall thickness remains nearly unchanged during forming, ideal for lamp housings, reflectors, decorative casings, low-stress industrial enclosures

     * Power Stainless Spinning

    SUS316 Marine Grade Stainless: Contains molybdenum for superior salt spray & chemical resistance. Perfect coastal street light shells, offshore equipment casings, chemical processing spun containers, dock lighting enclosures.
    SUS430 Ferritic Stainless: Cost-effective spin forming material with moderate rust protection. Used for indoor industrial covers, low-budget decorative spun components.
