SIMIS has six affiliated casting workshop and 2 professional CNC machining workshops. It is located in Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, China. There are 500 staffs and 40 engineers now in our company. Its annual production capacity for all types of metal parts is about 3000 tons. Holding over 100 sets of advanced casting parts, machining and test equipments. It is also equipped with many advanced CNC machining center, CNC turning center, CNC milling machine and CNC lathes.

In addition to the commonly employed machining methods described above, a diverse array of specialized machining techniques exists, including broaching, sawing, electrical discharge machining (EDM), and wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM). These methods are specifically designed to address the unique processing requirements of various types of components, enabling the production of intricate geometries and high - precision parts that may be challenging or impossible to achieve through conventional machining alone.

CNC Drilling

  • Mainly carried out on a drilling machine, through the rotation of the drill bit and axial feed, circular holes of various diameters are processed on the workpiece. In addition, reaming, tapping and other processing can also be carried out.

    Application scenarios: Widely used in the hole processing of various mechanical parts, such as processing installation holes, positioning holes, etc. on box bodies, flange plates and other parts.

CNC TURNING

  • Mainly carried out on a lathe, through the rotation of the workpiece and the linear feed motion of the cutting tool, the inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, end faces, threads and other surfaces of the workpiece are processed.

    Application scenarios: Widely used in the manufacturing of various shaft, sleeve, disc parts, etc., such as crankshafts and drive shafts in automotive engines, gear shafts and sleeves in machinery, etc.

CNC MILLING

  • Utilizing a milling machine, through the rotation of the milling cutter and the relative movement of the workpiece, various shapes such as planes, step surfaces, grooves, gears, and splines are processed.

    Application scenarios: It is often used for processing the flat surfaces, keyways, gears and other structures of mechanical parts, such as the worktable of machine tools and gears in gearboxes.

CNC GRINDING

  • With grinding machines as the main equipment, grinding wheels and other grinding tools are used to perform fine processing on the surface of workpieces. It can process flat surfaces, outer cylindrical surfaces, inner cylindrical surfaces, threads, etc., and can achieve high dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
